Charged for a pass, but transfer incomplete

A completed pass purchase and a confirmed blockchain transfer are different events.

Keep the purchase record

Save the store receipt or order reference. Check whether the purchase is completed or still pending.

Check the transfer separately

Look for the transaction status and transaction ID in Coinductor. If it is already submitted, verify that transaction before starting another transfer.

Ask for help with the right details

Provide the receipt reference, app version, platform, time and transaction ID if available. Do not share a recovery phrase, password or full payment-card details. Pass reuse and refund outcomes depend on the applicable purchase and transaction status.
