Coinductor — Third-Party Registry & Open API Terms (Dapp Pass Portal Disclaimer)
Effective Date: June 2026
This Third-Party Registry & Open API Terms and Dapp Pass Portal Disclaimer (hereinafter referred to as "these Registry Terms") establishes the legal and operational framework governing your access to the Dapp Pass interface, our open API registry, and your interactions with independent external networks. This document is issued by Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC, a company registered and operating under the federal laws of mainland United Arab Emirates (UAE) under the protected trademark Coinductor.
By accessing the Dapp Pass portal or interacting with any external entity indexed within our open API registry, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to all provisions, disclaimers, and liability exclusions detailed herein.
1. Description of the Portal & No-Subscription Framework
The Dapp Pass portal is engineered strictly as a convenience feature, functioning as a secure navigation container and aggregation interface for active power users who require ongoing, high-volume blockchain resource allocations.
⚠️ CRITICAL BILLING DECLARATION
Coinductor does not offer, process, sell, or maintain any native subscription models or recurring transactional packages.
Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC does not act as a commercial vendor, subscription billing agent, or lessor of blockchain assets. Any resource package, transaction quota, or ongoing allocation managed through the Dapp Pass portal is executed entirely by independent, external entities completely separate from Coinductor’s software infrastructure.
2. The Open API Architecture & Structured Registry List
To balance ecosystem accessibility with rigorous client security, Coinductor operates an open-access infrastructure layer subject to strict technical layout rules:
Open API Access for Providers: Coinductor’s API is completely open and public. Any independent, third-party resource provider globally may integrate their systems with our API protocol to expose their technical service options to our software user base.
No Open-Text URL Bar: To safeguard users from phishing schemes, malicious redirect exploits, and unverified smart contract interfaces, the application container does not provide an open-text browser URL input bar.
Structured Registry Display: Users are restricted to selecting from an organized, predefined registry list of external third-party providers who have actively deployed their applications using Coinductor’s open API guidelines.
3. The JavaScript Container Bridge & Redirection Mechanics
When you select an external resource provider from our structured registry list, the platform executes a decoupled technical transition:
Frictionless Redirection: The application container utilizes a secure JavaScript bridge to instantly navigate you away from the native application container environment directly to the external web interface of your chosen provider.
Data Firewall Execution: The JavaScript bridge operates under strict zero-sharing configurations. Coinductor does not transmit your local app container action history, unique device identifiers, device configurations, or personal data metrics across this technical boundary.
External Session Autonomy: Once the redirection sequence completes, your transaction workflow takes place entirely within an isolated web-view wrapper pointing directly to the third-party provider's independent web domain.
4. Zero Promotion Statement & Complete Disclaimers
The indexing and display of external entities within Coinductor’s registry list are purely automated technical functions driven by open API integrations.
No Endorsement or Sponsorship: The presence of an independent provider on our list does not constitute a legal promotion, corporate endorsement, commercial sponsorship, or performance guarantee by Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC.
Absolute User Discretion: Coinductor provides this registry container solely as a tool for you to act entirely under your own discretion and risk. You retain sole responsibility for evaluating the financial terms, system security, and operational reliability of any external network before initiating contact.
Contractual Disconnection: All account creations, recurring billing setups, customer service inquiries, package configurations, and financial settlements take place strictly on the third-party provider's web domain and are governed by their unique user agreements. Techwhirl is not a party to, nor an intermediary of, any agreement established across the redirection bridge.
5. Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless Framework
⚠️ COMPREHENSIVE THIRD-PARTY HOLD HARMLESS COVENANT
By utilizing the Dapp Pass portal, you explicitly grant Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC an absolute, unconditional release from all liabilities, financial damages, or property losses arising from external web interactions.
Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC holds zero responsibility, liability, or financial obligation for:
Smart contract exploits, software bugs, hidden backdoors, or systemic vulnerabilities occurring within an external provider’s web application or token delivery nodes.
Financial transaction collection failures, payment processing errors, double-billing, or fraudulent card activities occurring on third-party web domains.
Data leaks, unauthorized tracking, cookie exploits, or privacy breaches resulting from an external provider's failure to secure their web architecture.
Delivery deficits, where a third-party resource provider fails to allocate the precise network parameters or energy quotas promised under your contract with them.
6. Regulatory Compliance, Governing Law & Competent Venue
Regulatory Alignment: The open API and structured registry rules are maintained in strict conformity with the compliance standards enforced by mainland United Arab Emirates (UAE) federal bodies and international mobile marketplaces. Any provider found to be operating in violation of UAE anti-money laundering (AML) laws or international trade sanctions will be instantly scrubbed from our registry list.
UAE Governing Law: These Registry Terms, your access to the Dapp Pass container, and any administrative claims or actions arising directly or indirectly from your interaction with the registry shall be exclusively governed by, interpreted under, and enforced in accordance with the laws of mainland United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Exclusive Dubai Court Jurisdiction: Any formal legal dispute, claim, or lawsuit concerning the technology, disclaimers, or operations of this portal shall be brought exclusively before the competent local courts of mainland Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You explicitly waive any right to object to this venue or seek recourse in alternative foreign courts.
Amendments Clause: We reserve the absolute right to modify this registry framework or alter open API data criteria at any time at our sole discretion. Updates become legally binding immediately upon publication within the application container or on our website. Any matters not explicitly covered herein shall be governed directly by the automated system notices updated within our official help center repository.
