Coinductor — Web Interface Analytics & Cookie Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

This Web Interface Analytics & Cookie Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Cookie Policy") applies to the browser-based desktop Web Interface and user dashboard container hosted by Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC (operating under the protected trademark Coinductor), a company registered and operating under the federal laws of mainland United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This document explains how our Web Interface utilizes cookies, browser local storage, and technical telemetry metrics when you interact with our desktop dashboard environment.

1. Scope of the Web Interface & Technical Framework

To understand the scope of this Cookie Policy, you must first understand the decentralized, cross-platform architecture of the Coinductor ecosystem:

The Read-Only Web Environment: As established in the Coinductor — Terms of Use & Service Agreement, our Web Interface serves strictly as an informational, analytics, viewing, and transaction initiation layer. It provides a visual dashboard to review your wallet configuration and historical ledger transaction metrics.

The QR Code Synchronizer: Access to your wallet data on the Web Interface is initiated exclusively when you utilize the in-app camera tool within your mobile application container to scan a secure, dynamically generated synchronization QR code.

The Execution Boundary: While you can compile and initiate a transaction payload within the Web Interface environment, the browser interface is technically incapable of cryptographically signing or broadcasting that transaction to the blockchain network on its own. Final approval, signing, and ledger broadcasting can only be completed after explicit manual confirmation inside your native Coinductor mobile wallet application. Once passed back to the mobile container, the transaction is processed under standard optimization paths (Smart Send routing or the OTO Pass SaaS discovery script).

2. What Technologies Are Deployed?

Coinductor does not partner with intrusive behavioral profiling networks, third-party data brokers, or cross-site tracking advertisement cookies. Our Web Interface limits its tracking footprint to technical session tools required to sustain the cross-platform connection:

Cookies: Small text files placed on your computer browser by our web server to remember session states and maintain interface preferences.

Browser Local Storage (HTML5 Web Storage): A secure, localized data partition within your desktop browser used to temporarily cache read-only transaction layouts and synchronization session parameters without sending data back to a centralized server.

Technical Telemetry Logs: De-identified server logs that track interface event timelines, load frequencies, network latencies, and system runtime errors.

3. Categorization of Deployed Web Data

The technical tracking elements used by the Coinductor Web Interface are divided into two distinct categories:

A. Strictly Necessary Cookies & Storage States

These local technical identifiers are mandatory to enable basic system operations and secure cross-platform synchronization. Without these technologies, the Web Interface cannot function.

QR Session Tokens: Temporary session cookies deployed at the moment of a QR code scan to establish a secure cryptographic handshake between your mobile application container and the desktop browser environment.

Payload Cache Parameters: Local storage variables utilized to preserve the structure of a web-initiated transaction payload while it waits for you to approve and sign the action inside your mobile app container.

Dormancy Limits: Session cookies automatically expire and clear from your browser cache the moment you manually close the dashboard tab, execute an explicit disconnect command, or remain inactive for a prolonged period.

B. Technical Analytics & Performance Telemetry

We process generalized, aggregate user action histories to measure the technical stability and performance of our Web Interface.

UI Optimization Data: Tracking navigation patterns inside the dashboard to ensure preflight fee notification prompts and tool-tips are displaying properly.

System Error Diagnostics: Aggregating anonymous load-failure logs to identify and resolve software bugs or latency gaps within our open API microservices.

4. The Core Security Boundary (What We Never Trace)

⚠️ ABSOLUTE HARDWARE ISOLATION PROTECTION

The Coinductor Web Interface, browser cookies, and local storage matrices are entirely blocked from accessing your private cryptographic keys, backup recovery seed phrases (mnemonics), wallet passwords, or local security PINs.

Because Coinductor operates under a strict zero-custody architecture, your core private credentials never leave your physical mobile device. Your private keys remain safely isolated within your phone's native hardware security architecture (the iOS Secure Enclave or Android Keystore). Browser cookies and web local storage are technically incapable of accessing, collecting, or transmitting your private signing keys under any circumstances.

5. User Control & Cookie Management Options

You maintain autonomous control over how your desktop browser handles technical identifiers:

Browser-Level Erasure: You can clear your browser's cache, delete all cookies, and wipe HTML5 local storage at any time through your desktop browser’s system settings console.

Disconnection Protocols: Clicking the "Disconnect Wallet" or "End Session" action within the desktop Web Interface instantly destroys the cryptographic session token and invalidates the active QR code link.

Impact of Disabling Cookies: If you adjust your desktop browser preferences to block all local storage or session cookies, you will be unable to execute the secure QR code synchronization sequence. The Web Interface will be unable to mirror your read-only wallet metrics or compile web-initiated transaction payloads.

6. Web Session Security & Absolute User Disclaimer

While Coinductor implements standard industry security protocols to safeguard our open API nodes, the open nature of desktop web browsers introduces distinct operational vulnerabilities.

User Endpoint Security Obligation: You assume sole, exclusive responsibility for the physical and digital protection of the desktop computer or hardware device displaying the Web Interface. Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC holds zero liability for unauthorized data visibility or session leaks resulting from compromised web extensions, trojans, active keyloggers, or shared public computers left unattended.

The Final Device Guard: Because the Web Interface can only compile a transaction payload and cannot execute a broadcast on its own, you remain the absolute final line of cryptographic defense. You must carefully cross-reference all transaction details shown on your mobile device's preflight screen before tapping confirm to execute an action initiated on the web.

7. Compliance Governance, Governing Law & Competent Venue

UAE Compliance Alignment: This Cookie Policy is maintained in strict alignment with the data processing requirements enforced under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and international mobile marketplace standard operations.

UAE Governing Law: This Policy, the deployment of local tracking elements, and any administrative claims or legal actions arising directly or indirectly from web session tracking shall be exclusively governed by, interpreted under, and enforced in accordance with the laws of mainland United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Exclusive Jurisdiction Venue: Any formal claims, complaints, or unresolved data privacy disputes concerning web interface cookies or analytics shall be brought exclusively before the competent local courts of mainland Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You explicitly waive any right to object to this venue or seek recourse in alternative foreign courts.

Amendments Clause: Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC reserves the absolute right to modify this Cookie Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Revised editions take effect immediately upon their publication on our web domain or inside the application interface. Your continued use of the Web Interface after updates are posted represents your explicit consensus to the revised criteria. Any matters or tracking variables not explicitly detailed herein shall be governed directly by the automated system notices updated within our official help center repository.
