Coinductor — Risk Disclosure Statement & Blockchain Disclaimer

Effective Date: June 2026

HIGH-RISK WARNING & DISCLOSURE

Interacting with digital tokens, decentralized smart contracts, and cryptographic ledger software involves an extraordinary degree of financial, technological, and regulatory risk. Before utilizing the software utilities provided by Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC (operating under the trademark Coinductor), you must carefully evaluate your financial position, risk tolerance, and understanding of public distributed network protocols.

By accessing the Coinductor mobile application container, desktop Web Interface, or automated orchestration engines, you explicitly acknowledge, accept, and assume all risks outlined in this comprehensive disclosure statement.

1. Non-Custodial Architecture & Sovereign Security Risks

Coinductor is distributed strictly as a self-custodial software interface layer. Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC maintains no custody, control, or management rights over your assets.

Absolute Key Vulnerability: Your cryptographic private keys, BIP39 seed phrases, and Keystore files are generated and stored exclusively within your device's native local hardware security environment (such as the iOS Secure Enclave or Android Keystore).

Irrecoverable Access: Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC does not store, backup, or mirror your access credentials. If your device is destroyed, compromised, or if you forget your local PIN and lose your seed phrase, your digital assets are permanently lost. The Company cannot restore your access or rescue your balances under any circumstances.

Device Compromise Risk: Running this software on a jail-broken, rooted, or otherwise altered mobile device weakens your hardware isolation security boundaries. This exposes your private credentials to malicious local background scripts, keyloggers, and data extraction attacks, which may result in a total loss of funds.

2. Public Blockchain Network & Ledger Finality Disclaimers

The services provided by Coinductor act as a Blockchain Transaction Operating System (BTOS) that interacts directly with public distributed ledgers, primarily the TRON network. You assume all risks associated with the underlying public network architecture.

Mathematical Irreversibility: All ledger transactions signed locally inside the mobile app container and broadcast to the public blockchain are mathematically final and completely irreversible. Coinductor possesses no technical capability to pause, halt, cancel, edit, or roll back a transaction once it has been pushed to the decentralized ledger.

Public Data Exposure: Public blockchain networks are transparent, open-source matrices. When you execute a transaction payload, all linked metadata—including your public wallet address, recipient addresses, transaction values, and asset types—becomes permanently and publicly discoverable via block explorers. You assume full responsibility for any side-channel profiling or data-mapping consequences that arise from public visibility.

Network Congestion and Upgrades: Blockchain protocols are prone to sudden, volatile fee spikes, latency, block production timeouts, and network structural forks. These public network-level instabilities may result in delayed transactions or unexpected execution parameters entirely outside of Coinductor's influence.

3. Smart Send Utility & Third-Party Operational Risks

The Smart Send engine operates as an automated routing script designed to manage cost path variables by utilizing external resources.

No Free Execution Guarantee: You explicitly acknowledge that the Smart Send engine features no free route. Every broadcast payload requires a financial cost outlay via third-party asset leasing or native on-chain token burning.

Third-Party Dependency & Node Outages: During Route 1 operations, the engine coordinates energy lease parameters directly with independent, third-party resource providers through an open API structure. Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC does not own, manage, or provision these resource pools. If a third-party node suffers a hardware dropout, a technical exploit, or goes offline mid-transaction, the optimization path will fail.

TRX Burning Fallback Losses: In the event of a third-party provider failure or capacity deficit, the system activates its automated Burn TRX Fallback mechanism. This native protocol burns standard TRX from your wallet balance to force execution. Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC is fully indemnified and holds zero liability for any asset loss, fee spikes, or unexpected TRX burning triggered by third-party infrastructure dropouts.

Preflight Deviations: While the software provides real-time cost notifications via its native preflight confirmation screen, rapid public ledger state shifts can cause discrepancies between the preflight quote and final on-chain costs.

4. OTO Pass SaaS Tool & Discovery Script Vulnerabilities

The OTO Pass is legally structured and distributed solely as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) transaction automation tool.

No Commodity Vending: The purchase of an OTO Pass does not constitute the direct purchase of cryptocurrency, gas, network energy, or digital commodities. Your mobile marketplace payment covers only the software runtime of an automated scraping script.

Discovery Vulnerability: The software utility script operates by actively scanning the transparent blockchain matrix to locate excessive amounts of unnecessary or unclaimed resources left underutilized across the ledger. If the script cannot discover these parameters due to high public network saturation or protocol level shifts, your execution may experience significant delays.

Strict Rollover and Non-Refundability: In accordance with mobile store compliance terms, all purchases are non-refundable. If the discovery script fails for a specific transaction payload, it will automatically roll over and apply to your very next transaction attempt. You assume the risk of transactional delays during network rollover events.

5. Dapp Pass Redirection Portal & Web Integration Risks

The Dapp Pass interface serves purely as a structural navigation gateway connecting users with independent web platforms.

Zero Promotion Reality: The presentation of third-party resource vendors within our structured API registry list does not constitute a legal promotion, corporate endorsement, or quality guarantee by Techwhirl.

JavaScript Bridge and Domain Disconnection: Selecting a vendor routes you across a secure JavaScript container bridge directly to an external web domain. All data entries, billing cycles, wallet linkings, and recurring package contracts take place strictly outside the Coinductor environment.

Hold Harmless Protection: Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC operates as a zero-liability intermediary for these connections. We assume no responsibility if an external web provider experiences a smart contract vulnerability, suffers an infrastructure exploit, goes bankrupt, files fraudulent collections, or leaks user metrics.

6. Cross-Platform Web Dashboard & QR Synchronization Risks

Using the browser-based desktop Web Interface introduces specific vulnerabilities associated with external computer environments.

Read-Only Mirroring Disclaimers: Initiating a secure local cryptographic handshake via a dynamic QR code mirrors your transactional histories and configuration metrics onto an external web browser in a read-only state. Private keys are never passed across this handshake.

Browser Security Vulnerabilities: You assume sole responsibility for the physical and digital security of the desktop or hardware device running the Web Interface. Techwhirl is not liable for unauthorized data visibility resulting from compromised browser extensions, trojans, hidden clipboard scrapers, or public computers left unattended.

Mandatory Mobile Signing Guard: The desktop browser environment is technically incapable of signing payloads or broadcasting items to the public distributed ledger. Any payload compiled on the web remains dormant until you manually confirm and sign the transaction inside your secure native mobile application container. You remain the final line of cryptographic defense for all ledger executions.

7. Regulatory, Sanctions, and Jurisdictional Compliance Risks

The operational footprint of Coinductor is tied to the evolving legal framework governing digital asset software utilities.

Dynamic Legal Environments: Regulatory guidelines governing non-custodial decentralized tools remain highly fluid. Sudden legislative adjustments enforced by federal UAE bodies, central banks, or global regulatory task forces could alter, restrict, or suspend Coinductor's supporting backend API connections without warning.

Absolute Demographic Exclusions: This software is structurally blocked and legally banned from use by any individual under the age of 16, or any person operating within or residing in the United States of America (USA) or globally sanctioned jurisdictions.

Automated Enforcement Liability: Techwhirl reserves the right to employ automated geofencing tracking scripts to drop API handshakes for prohibited domains. If your connection is blocked or terminated due to automated risk scoring adjustments, the company is fully indemnified against any resulting business disruptions or operational losses.

Exclusive UAE Venue: Any legal dispute or administrative challenge concerning the technological operations or disclaimers of this platform shall be brought exclusively before the local competent courts of mainland Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the exclusive application of mainland UAE federal law.
