III. Coinductor Services & Execution Mechanics
3.1 Wallet Generation & Importation
You may generate a brand-new cryptographic wallet or import pre-existing, compatible wallets derived from external blockchain system tools, provided the digital assets are natively supported by the Coinductor interface.
3.2 Automated Transaction Orchestration (Smart Send)
Coinductor operates an automated, pay-as-you-go transaction optimization routing utility known as Smart Send. When you initiate a transfer, the software evaluates execution paths using a strict two-tier logic layout:
Third-Party Resource Routing: The engine analyzes cost efficiencies and programmatically coordinates the allocation of network energy directly from independent, external, third-party resource providers to reduce your transaction cost. Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC does not own, hold, or directly lease blockchain resources to users.
Burn TRX Fallback: If third-party optimization pathways are unavailable, or if external resource pools are exhausted, the transaction automatically falls back to TRON's native execution protocol, burning standard TRX from your balance to clear the transfer.
Preflight Fee Notification: If third-party resource optimization is completely unavailable at the time of your transfer, Coinductor will explicitly inform you of the native network fee via a clear preflight confirmation screen before you broadcast the transaction payload.
No Free Route: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that there is no free execution path within the Smart Send engine. Every transaction requires an active cost outlay via external third-party lease procurement or native token burning.
3.3 OTO Pass (SaaS Automation Utility)
The OTO Pass functions strictly as a single-use Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Transaction Automation Utility engineered to resolve the "empty wallet problem" (e.g., holding USDT but possessing zero native TRX for gas fees).
Resource Discovery Script: You explicitly recognize that Coinductor does not sell cryptocurrency, gas, or raw blockchain resources via this service. Your payment compensates Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC solely for the operational runtime of an automated scanning script. This script crawls public blockchain data matrices to identify excessive amounts of unnecessary or unclaimed resources left idle across the ledger, programmatically linking them to execute your pending transfer.
Strict Non-Refundable Rollover Policy: All sales of the single-use OTO Pass software activation are final and completely non-refundable. If the OTO Pass script fails to execute for a specific transaction due to unexpected public network congestion or latency, the software credit does not expire. Instead, it automatically rolls over and applies to your very next attempted transaction. The interface will explicitly inform you if a rollover event occurs.
3.4 Dapp Pass Portal (Third-Party Web Redirection Bridge)
No Native Subscriptions: Coinductor does not offer, process, or maintain any native platform subscription models or recurring transactional packages.
Structured Registry Redirection: The Dapp Pass interface functions strictly as a secure navigation container. To protect user security, the interface does not offer an open-text URL input bar. Instead, it displays a structured registry list of independent third-party resource providers who utilize Coinductor's open API infrastructure.
The JavaScript Container Bridge: When you select an external provider from the registry list, the application utilizes a secure JavaScript bridge to instantly redirect you from the native app container directly to the external web interface of that chosen provider.
Zero Promotion & Liability: Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC does not promote, endorse, sponsor, or guarantee any external services on this list. We provide this API interface solely as a tool for you to act entirely under your own discretion. All account setups, package selections, and billing settlements occur exclusively between you and that independent external provider on their respective web domain.
3.5 Operational Limitations & Decentralized Service Reality
By accepting our services, you explicitly understand and agree that Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC provides decentralized software utilities fundamentally distinct from traditional banking institutions. We do not provide and are technically incapable of providing the following actions:
1. Storing, viewing, or caching your wallet passwords, PINs, private keys, recovery phrases, or Keystores.
2. Recovering, resetting, or altering your wallet passwords, PINs, private keys, recovery phrases, or Keystores.
3. Freezing wallets or blacklisting addresses on-chain.
4. Reporting a lost wallet or restoring access to a lost device.
5. Rolling back, canceling, or reversing blockchain transactions.
3.6 Cross-Platform Web Interface & QR Initiation Flow
The platform provides a Web Interface that allows you to view your wallet data, transaction history, and orchestrate transfers on a desktop or external browser environment.
Secure QR Synchronization: To link your self-custodial mobile wallet to the Web Interface, you must utilize the in-app camera tool to scan a secure, dynamically generated QR code. This local handshake grants the Web Interface temporary read-only permissions to display your wallet configuration and transaction metrics.
Initiation vs. Execution Limitation: You explicitly understand and agree that the Web Interface functions solely as a viewing and data entry environment. While you may compile and initiate a transaction payload on the Web Interface, the web environment is technically incapable of signing, authorizing, or broadcasting that transaction to the public blockchain ledger on its own.
Mandatory Native App Confirmation: Final approval, cryptographic signing with your private key, and ledger broadcasting can only be completed after explicit manual confirmation inside your native Coinductor mobile wallet application.
Standard Optimization Processing: Once a web-initiated transaction payload is passed back to your mobile app container, it is processed under the standard Coinductor execution architecture. The transaction will be fully subject to the pay-as-you-go rules of the Smart Send engine or the SaaS parameters of the OTO Pass utility, exactly like a transaction natively generated within the app.
IV. Wallet Creation & User Commitments
4.1 Onboarding Consent
You must create or import a cryptographic wallet interface on the platform before utilizing its features. Clicking "I Agree" or interacting with the wallet generation sequence constitutes your absolute signature and consensus to all provisions within this Agreement.
4.2 Lawful Purpose and Source Warranties
You hereby solemnly commit, covenant, and represent that:
You use the platform's orchestration services solely for legitimate, lawful purposes, and do not intend to use the application as a medium to violate any domestic or international laws or regulations.
You guarantee that all digital assets deposited, tracked, or managed via your Coinductor interface are derived from entirely legitimate, lawful sources.
You will strictly abide by all rules, announcements, preflight alerts, process guidelines, and risk disclosures published and updated by the platform from time to time.
4.3 Consequences of Breach
In the event that you breach any commitments set forth in this section:
We reserve the absolute right to restrict, suspend, or deny your local software interface access to our backend services, validation servers, and open API nodes without notice. In such cases, Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC shall bear zero liability, and you agree to bear all direct or indirect losses, expenses, or token burning penalties incurred.
You shall remain fully and solely liable for any direct or indirect losses, adverse legal actions, or regulatory consequences arising from your breach, and the company reserves the right to hold you legally accountable in our local corporate jurisdiction.
V. Strategic Risk Reminders
⚠️ CRITICAL CRYPTOGRAPHIC AND MARKET DISCLOSURES
5.1 Volatility and Regulatory Instability:
You explicitly acknowledge that digital tokens entail substantial financial and technical risks. Their market volatility is significantly higher than traditional financial assets, and they may be subject to sudden illiquid conditions or systemic network shifts due to evolving global regulations. You must manage your digital tokens rationally based on your unique financial status and risk appetite.
5.2 Irreversibility of Ledger Operations:
Operations on public blockchains are mathematically final and completely irreversible. If you fail to comply with preflight instructions or enter inaccurate receiving parameters on the transaction confirmation pages, Coinductor cannot rescue, revoke, or cancel the execution. You and your counterparties bear all final ledger consequences.
5.3 Complete Third-Party Independence:
All transaction optimization paths via Smart Send and provider options via Dapp Pass are processed through independent third-party entities. The contract, transaction, and potential liability are established exclusively between you and that external counterparty. Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC holds zero responsibility or liability for third-party exploits, node failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, financial collection issues, or sudden resource allocation deficits.
5.4 Backup Protection Standard:
Because your cryptographic private keys, mnemonics, and Keystores are isolated solely on your device, you assume full responsibility for their backup preservation. We strongly advise against the use of device screenshots, digital notes, unencrypted cloud backups, emails, or SMS transmission to save your seed phrases. We recommend copying your backup words onto a physical paper medium or storing them securely within an isolated, professional password management vault.
5.5 Network and Device Integrity:
You must ensure your mobile device is operating within a secure network environment. You are strictly advised against running Coinductor on a jail-broken or rooted mobile device, as doing so compromises the hardware isolation layers (iOS Secure Enclave / Android Keystore), exposing your private credentials to malicious local scripts.
5.6 Web Session and QR Code Security:
Because scanning the synchronization QR code mirrors your read-only wallet data onto a web browser, you are solely responsible for the physical and digital security of the desktop or external device displaying the Web Interface. Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC is not liable for unauthorized transaction initiations resulting from you leaving your web session unattended, exposing your synchronization QR codes to third parties, or operating on a computer compromised by malware or malicious browser extensions. Any web-initiated exploit must still be manually confirmed on your phone to execute; therefore, you remain the final line of defense for all ledger actions.
VI. Change, Suspension, and Termination of Service
6.1 Platform Autonomy
You understand and agree that Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC may, at its sole discretion, temporarily modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of its supporting backend services, API interfaces, or discovery scripts to run maintenance or adapt to legal shifts.
6.2 Service Rejection for Lack of Blockchain Knowledge
To mitigate security incidents and reduce user misoperation, Coinductor is intended exclusively for individuals with a foundational understanding of distributed ledger mechanics. The company reserves the absolute right to refuse or limit service access to any user who demonstrates a lack of basic blockchain knowledge.
6.3 Force Majeure & Technical Breakdowns
You recognize that Coinductor will suspend or terminate its supporting services and interface connections in the event of:
1. System maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, hardware breakdowns, or telecommunication outages affecting our backend validators or the underlying TRON network nodes.
2. Force majeure scenarios, including natural disasters, power outages, cyber warfare, systemic hacking actions, trojan outbreaks, or sudden government intervention.
3. Material adverse shifts in applicable federal UAE laws, central bank digital guidelines, or mobile marketplace distribution criteria.
6.4 Unilateral User Termination Conditions
The company may unilaterally terminate or block your software interface access to our backend APIs if you:
Steal, extract, or attempt to manipulate another user's wallet information or device credentials.
Fill out fraudulent information or generate abusive receipts within our mobile billing validation gateways.
Decline or bypass forced software compliance security updates.
Use Coinductor's open API infrastructure or open-source code in a manner that violates third-party developer protocols or our specific system rules.
Utilize Coinductor for illicit, criminal, or unauthorized financial purposes, including bypassing sanctioned entity list restrictions.
Deploy automated bots, high-frequency stress scripts, or malicious custom front-ends to artificially strain the OTO Pass resource discovery script or the Delegoat engine.
Spread malicious rumors or engage in defamatory activities that tarnish the goodwill and intellectual property of Coinductor or Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC.
VII. Information Handling & Marketplace Privacy Framework
7.1 Scope of Data Collection
To maintain a functional and compliant software container, we adhere to the principles of lawfulness and necessity. We may process basic informational points such as your mobile device's unique serial number (to match your client interface with your optimization settings), action histories within the app container, and public wallet addresses.
7.2 Strict Local Isolation
Your wallet passwords, private keys, mnemonics, and local Keystores are strictly isolated within your device's native hardware security architecture. They are never uploaded to, processed by, or mirrored on Coinductor’s backend servers under any circumstances.
7.3 Public Ledger Visibility
You explicitly recognize that neither you nor Coinductor has the technical capability to control, edit, or obscure transaction records once broadcast to the blockchain network. Because public distributed ledgers operate as open-source transparent matrices, all transaction histories and wallet movements remain completely public and searchable across global block explorers.
7.4 Global Marketplace Compliance
To maintain absolute compliance with the strict terms of the Apple App Store and Google Play marketplaces, Coinductor guarantees that no digital tokens, gas assets, network energy commodities, or utility bandwidth packages are sold through standard mobile marketplace In-App Purchase (IAP) rails. The OTO Pass purchase represents a pure software automation utility transaction. All recurring or active high-volume resource procurement happens strictly external to the app environment via the Dapp Pass web redirection model.
VIII. Comprehensive Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
8.1 "As-Is" Provision
Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC provides the Coinductor platform and its transaction orchestration services strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" baseline. We make no explicit or implied warranties regarding the constant uptime of the Delegoat optimization aggregator, the flawless or latency-free discovery of unclaimed network resources, or the absolute prevention of transaction failures on the public TRON ledger.
8.2 Absolute Third-Party Indemnity
The company is completely exempt from liability for any losses, asset deficits, or token burn parameters occurring during Route 2 of the Smart Send execution path. If an independent third-party resource node goes offline mid-transaction, resulting in a failure to deliver the projected energy lease and causing the public ledger to burn your native TRX balance, you hold Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC completely harmless and exempt from all financial or property indemnifications.
8.3 Cap on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, in no event shall Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC, its parent entity, affiliates, developers, or officers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, any loss of digital assets, loss of profits, data corruption, hardware failures, private key exposure due to local device exploits, or financial setbacks resulting from your voluntary interaction with third-party web entities accessed via our open API redirect list.
IX. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Ownership Framework
The intellectual property rights, including trademarks, corporate titles, software patents, source code, visual designs, platform architecture, Delegoat routing logic, API frameworks, and texts, belong exclusively to Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC or designated licensors.
9.2 Commercial Restrictions
Without express, prior written authorization from Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC, you are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reverse-engineering, modifying, decompiling, or commercially exploiting any component of the Coinductor platform or its backend connection layers. Any unauthorized commercial data extraction, web scraping, or structural copying will result in the immediate termination of your platform authorization and the swift pursuit of legal remedies.
X. Miscellaneous, Governing Law & Jurisdictional Competence
10.1 Severability & Completeness
If any specific clause, provision, or subsection of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain completely unaffected and retain full legal force.
10.2 Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution
You agree to contact Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC for informal, good-faith resolution protocols before escalating any administrative issue to a formal dispute.
