Coinductor — OTO Pass SaaS Purchase & Rollover Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
This OTO Pass Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Purchase & Rollover Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") establishes the precise legal, operational, and billing frameworks governing the acquisition and execution of the OTO Pass utility within the Coinductor platform. This Policy is maintained by Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC, a company registered and operating under the federal laws of mainland United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Before executing a purchase of an OTO Pass software credit, you must thoroughly review and accept this document alongside our primary Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Legal Characterization & Mobile Marketplace Compliance Framework
To ensure uninterrupted distribution and absolute compliance with the digital service guidelines of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store marketplaces, the OTO Pass is strictly structured as a digital software product.
⚠️ CRITICAL COMPLIANCE DECLARATION
The purchase of an OTO Pass does not constitute a purchase of cryptocurrency, tokens, native network gas, energy, bandwidth, or any raw blockchain digital asset.
Techwhirl Information Technology CO LLC does not sell or lease proprietary cryptographic commodities via this interface. The monetary fee collected during the checkout sequence represents a pure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Transaction Automation Utility Fee. This fee compensates the Company exclusively for the operational computing runtime and algorithmic processing executed by our proprietary software client to clear the user's transaction friction.
2. Operational Mechanics & The Resource Discovery Script
The OTO Pass is engineered specifically to resolve the decentralized "empty wallet problem" (such as when a self-custodial wallet holds an ecosystem token like USDT TRC20 but possesses zero native TRX to execute a blockchain broadcast).
The OTO Pass SaaS Utility Flow
The OTO Pass operates as a text-driven, programmatic sequence within the Blockchain Transaction Operating System (BTOS) to resolve the native fee deficit problem. The step-by-step software workflow executes as follows:
1. Transaction Initiation
The user initiates a digital token transfer (such as moving USDT TRC20) or compiles a transaction payload inside the mobile application container.
2. Deficit Detection
The Coinductor local wallet application programmatically scans the user's on-chain balances and flags a native fee deficit.
The interface determines that the wallet has zero or insufficient native TRX to pay for public blockchain network gas, routing, or broadcasting.
3. SaaS Credit Purchase
The user selects the OTO Pass utility option displayed on their screen.
The user completes a one-time checkout using traditional mobile marketplace in-app purchase (IAP) billing rails, including Apple App Store billing, Google Play billing, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or mobile carrier billing.
This monetary payment represents a pure software utility fee for orchestration runtime rather than the purchase of an underlying digital asset, cryptocurrency, or gas commodity.
4. Receipt Handshake Validation
Coinductor’s backend billing microservice instantly intercepts the purchase metadata.
The backend executes a secure, cryptographic receipt validation handshake with external Apple or Google servers to authenticate the payment state.
5. Automated Resource Discovery
Upon successful verification of the checkout receipt, the backend engine immediately launches a specialized resource discovery script.
This background script actively crawls public, transparent blockchain data matrices to scan network parameters.
The discovery script identifies and claims excessive amounts of unnecessary or unclaimed network resources left completely idle or underutilized across the public distributed ledger.
6. Programmatic Linking & Ledger Execution
Coinductor's orchestration software programmatically maps and links the discovered public network parameters directly to the user’s pending transaction payload.
The software packages, routes, and broadcasts the finalized transaction to the public network nodes.
The transfer completes successfully on the blockchain without drawing any native TRX gas balance from the user's self-custodial wallet.
7. Persistence and Rollover Safeguard (Conditional)
If unexpected blockchain network congestion, latency, or public node dropouts prevent the transaction from completing on the ledger, the automated rollover mechanism is triggered.
The single-use software credit does not expire, lapse, or forfeit.
The application automatically rolls over the credit, keeps it safely intact inside the local device container, and applies it directly to the user's very next manual transaction attempt while presenting an explicit status notification on the screen.
The Scanning Script: Upon receipt authorization, Coinductor’s backend services deploy an automated script that crawls public blockchain data matrices.
Parameter Identification: This discovery engine is designed to locate excessive amounts of unnecessary or unclaimed resources left completely idle or underutilized across the ledger.
Programmatic Linking: The software automatically claims and applies these discovered network parameters to successfully package, route, and broadcast your pending transaction payload without requiring your wallet to hold a native TRX gas balance.
3. Purchase Terms, Payment Gateways & Refund Limits
Authorized Payment Channels
All individual, single-use OTO Pass software activations must be completed through official mobile marketplace in-app purchase (IAP) layers. Supported billing frameworks include:
Apple App Store billing networks
Google Play Store billing services
Direct mobile wallet integrations (Apple Pay / Google Pay)
Authorized carrier mobile billing systems
Strict Non-Refundability Framework
All sales of the single-use OTO Pass software automation credit are final, immediate, and completely non-refundable by Coinductor.
Because the execution parameters initiate automated scanning scripts immediately upon marketplace checkout, the service is deemed fully delivered at the moment of payment receipt validation. Any billing disputes, chargeback resolutions, or transaction processing failures originating within the mobile storefront interface must be addressed directly through the respective platform operators (Apple Inc. or Google LLC). Coinductor’s administrative teams possess zero authority to alter marketplace-level ledger transactions.
4. Automated Rollover Protection Mechanism
Public blockchain networks are subject to unpredictable latency, structural block production timeouts, and sudden bursts of ledger congestion. To protect your software purchase from public network failures, Coinductor enforces a strict Automated Rollover Protection Mechanism.
Non-Expiration Protocol: If an active OTO Pass software utility fails to successfully process your specific transaction payload due to unexpected blockchain network delays, node dropouts, or sudden resource pool shifts, the software credit does not expire, lapse, or forfeit.
Next-Transaction Persistence: The single-use SaaS credit remains completely intact inside your local application container and is automatically rolled over to apply directly to your very next attempted transaction.
Interface Notifications: Coinductor will explicitly display a status notification on your device screen if a rollover event occurs. This informs you that your software activation remains fully valid and securely queued for the next manual execution attempt.
5. Liability Disclaimers & Operational Boundaries
No Speed or Network Guarantees: While the resource discovery script attempts to optimize the transaction sequence rapidly, Techwhirl gives no explicit or implied warranty that unclaimed network parameters will be found instantly or that public ledger nodes will accept the broadcast payload without latency.
SaaS Credit Multi-Use Prohibitions: Each OTO Pass purchase represents a single-use orchestration credit. Once the script successfully completes its discovery routine and the public blockchain records a successful transaction broadcast, the credit is permanently consumed and cannot be reused or split across multiple payloads.
Dormancy Boundaries: Unless restricted by evolving mobile marketplace rules, an unconsumed OTO Pass software credit will persist within your localized device container configuration file. However, if you delete the application container from your device without securing a backup copy of your configuration parameters, any local unconsumed software states will be permanently deleted along with the app data.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdictional Competence
This Policy, the digital processing of SaaS utility fees, and any administrative claims arising from an OTO Pass purchase shall be exclusively governed by, interpreted under, and enforced in accordance with the federal laws of mainland United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any formal legal disputes or unresolved transactional claims concerning this policy shall be brought exclusively before the competent local courts of mainland Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Users explicitly waive any right to object to this jurisdictional venue.
