Create a wallet safely
Set up a new self-custodial wallet, protect its recovery phrase and confirm your backup before adding funds.
Set up your wallet, send crypto, choose a fee option or pay on a connected website. Follow clear steps with real app screens, and find help when something needs a closer look.
Set up a new self-custodial wallet, protect its recovery phrase and confirm your backup before adding funds.
Restore access to a compatible wallet using its recovery phrase—without giving that phrase to anyone else.
Coinductor checks the sender wallet automatically. When a new wallet needs on-chain setup, the app changes OTO Pass to OTO Pass+ for you.
Share your correct TRON address or QR code, then verify the incoming transaction on-chain.
Use the Profile area to reach wallet management, settings, product information and help.
View, rename, switch or remove wallets stored in the Coinductor app on your device.
Control device authentication, privacy display, appearance and other local preferences.
Remove a wallet’s local app data only after confirming that you can restore it later.
Enter the recipient and amount, review every detail, choose an eligible fee route and approve the transfer.
Complete an eligible USDT transfer from an already activated sender wallet with no TRX, using a one-time in-app purchase.
Choose OTO Pass as usual. If the new Coinductor sender wallet needs on-chain activation, the system automatically changes it to OTO Pass+ and keeps the transfer moving.
Save frequently used TRON addresses with clear labels to reduce repeated copying.
View an eligible third-party pass in Coinductor and use it only while the provider reports available allowance.
Use the camera to capture payment details, then treat the result as unverified until you check it on Pre-flight.
Review a merchant order in Coinductor, approve or reject it separately, and wait for the merchant to verify the blockchain result.
Use Smart Send when you have enough TRX to cover the fee shown in Coinductor.
A supported USDT transfer can need TRX for its network fee even when you have enough USDT to send.
If the pass purchase does not complete, check both the purchase status and the transfer before trying again.
A completed pass purchase and a confirmed blockchain transfer are different events.
Reopening the app does not tell you whether the previous transfer was submitted.
Pending means you should check the existing transfer before making another one.
A failure before submission can differ from a transaction that was submitted and failed on-chain.
A sender’s screenshot alone does not confirm that funds reached your wallet.
Coinductor cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transfer.
Restoring wallet access requires the correct recovery information. Support cannot recreate a lost recovery phrase.
Anyone with the recovery phrase may be able to control the wallet. Changing the app password does not invalidate that phrase.
A wallet connection lets a supported website communicate with your wallet; it is not approval to spend.
A code that cannot be scanned or accepted does not mean the wallet has connected.
Connection approval does not oblige you to approve a purchase.
The merchant must match the blockchain payment to your order.
An external pass must be eligible and have available allowance for the intended transaction.
Signing out of a website and managing a wallet connection are related but different actions.
Keep it offline and accessible only to you. Coinductor cannot recover a lost phrase, and anyone who has it can control the wallet. Support will never ask for it.
Create a wallet safely →Smart Send requires TRX. When the sender has no TRX, choose OTO Pass. Coinductor checks the sender wallet automatically and changes the option to OTO Pass+ when the new wallet needs on-chain activation.
Review send options →Choose Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported by your device, storefront and region. Review the complete local price before approving the one-time purchase. You approve the transfer in Coinductor first, and Coinductor sends it after the purchase.
See the regular OTO Pass flow →Coinductor detected in the background that the new sender wallet needs on-chain activation. OTO Pass+ includes that setup in the transfer flow; you do not need to activate the wallet separately.
Understand OTO Pass+ →No. The automatic activation applies only to the eligible Coinductor sender wallet. Always verify that the recipient can receive the selected asset on the TRON network.
Automatic OTO Pass+ guide →Check the asset, amount, sender, full recipient address, network and the fee or pass information on Pre-flight. Do not approve if any detail differs from what you expect.
Send USDT or TRX →No. A confirmed blockchain transfer is generally irreversible. If funds were sent to the wrong address or network, recovery may not be possible.
Sent to the wrong address or network? →Independent providers offer and manage DApp Passes. Coinductor can display detected status and available allowance but does not set provider prices, sell plans or guarantee availability.
Use a DApp Pass →No. A connection and a payment approval are separate. Every transfer still requires you to review and approve the request in Coinductor.
