Someone may have your recovery phrase
Anyone with the recovery phrase may be able to control the wallet. Changing the app password does not invalidate that phrase.
Treat the wallet as compromised.

Stop sharing information
Do not provide more secrets or follow unsolicited recovery links. Use a trusted device.

Protect remaining assets
Consider moving remaining assets to a newly created wallet with a new, securely stored phrase after checking the destination and fee. There is no guarantee an attacker has not already moved the funds.

Keep evidence
Save transaction IDs and relevant messages. Support can help explain app behaviour but cannot reverse confirmed transfers or recover a secret phrase.
