Pending means you should check the existing transfer before making another one.

Check the transaction ID

Open the transaction details. If an ID is available, use a trusted TRON explorer to check that exact transaction.

Compare the details

Match the network, recipient, asset and amount. A store receipt is not evidence that the blockchain transfer is confirmed.

Escalate without resending

If the status remains unclear, share the transaction ID, time and app version with support. Completion times vary; do not assume a fixed waiting period guarantees success.
